Rosie Phua Chin Huay usually known simply as Rosie is the wife of Phua Chu Kang.

Rosie enjoys mahjong and going for slim wraps, and so often takes money from Chu Kang. She likes wearing loud, colourful clothing which Margaret sees as bad taste. She likes char kway teow from Siam Road store 414.
History[]

When Rosie was 12, her family had to move to Pulau Ketam to escape from loan sharks, and succeeded, so she moved back to Singapore. CK 2 She used to work at Watermelon Lounge and knew Frankie Foo and Chu Kang. Although the two men were fighting for her, she preferred Chu Kang and became sad when he did not come to support her and Frankie lied that he was going out with someone else.
